Christine Badillo is a 2004 graduate of the University of Texas School of Law.  While in law school, Ms. Badillo participated in mock trial and clerked for the Texas Association of School Boards in both the Legal Services and Governmental Relations divisions. In 2001, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Clemson University in South Carolina.  Ms. Badillo is a member of the National School Board Association’s Council of School Attorneys, the Texas Association of School Boards’ Council of School Attorneys, the School Law Section of the State Bar of Texas, the American Bar Association and the Austin Bar Association.  She has published articles in the Texas School Administrators’ Legal Digest and West’s Education Law Reporter.  Ms. Badillo also regularly provides in-service training to school boards, administrators, and employees.
