Darci A. Carroll has practiced law since 1999. Ms. Carroll focuses her practice on business transactions, construction-related matters, and general civil litigation. Ms. Carroll’s experience includes client representation in all aspects of the construction industry from bid and contract negotiation and review through post-performance litigation. She advocates in federal and state courts, and represents clients in arbitration, mediation and direct settlement negotiations. Ms. Carroll is admitted to practice law in New Mexico and California. She is a graduate of the University of New Mexico School of Law. She has represented clients on procurement code matters, payment disputes, delay claims, claims of negligence, poor workmanship, breach of contract, changed conditions, breach of warranty obligations, and ERATE questions among other concerns.  Ms. Carroll is active in the American Bar Association Public Contracts section in New Mexico.  She brings to Walsh Anderson seven years of experience representing New Mexico public schools, colleges and other governmental entities.
