Winifred (“Winnie”) H. Dominguez is a 1987 graduate of St. Mary’s School of Law.  Prior to attending law school, Ms. Dominguez earned her undergraduate degree in Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin and practiced as a professional social worker in mental health.  Since graduating from law school, Ms. Dominguez has worked in both the public and private sectors on commercial business transactions and related litigation, construction and real estate, as well as bankruptcy and creditors rights.  Between 1994 and 2004, Ms. Dominguez owned and operated her own full service law firm.  Immediately prior to joining the firm, Ms. Dominguez was employed by the City of San Antonio, where she handled real estate and construction matters for the San Antonio International Airport Expansion Program.   Ms. Dominguez is licensed to practice in all state courts, the Western District of Texas, the Eastern District of Texas, the Southern District of Texas and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Ms. Dominguez works in the San Antonio office of the firm.
