Elizabeth G. Neally, a shareholder in the firm and a  twenty-two year resident of the Rio Grande Valley , opened the McAllen office for Walsh Anderson serving south Texas .  After graduating from Southern Illinois University School of Law in 1986, where she interned with the Illinois Association of School Boards, Ms. Neally has been representing school districts and other governmental entities throughout South Texas as litigation and general counsel, assisting districts in areas including employment, civil rights, contracts, student and liability issues as well as training of board members, administrators and staff.  She is a member of the Council of School Attorneys, School Law Section of the State Bar of Texas and approved as counsel for the Texas Association of School Boards.  Ms. Neally is licensed to practice law in the district and county courts of Texas as well as for the U.S. Southern District of Texas, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U .S. Supreme Court.  She is a former director of the Cameron County Bar Association and member of both the Cameron and Hidalgo County Bar Associations.
