is a 1977 graduate of the University of Texas School of Law and is Board Certified in Civil Appellate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.  Mr. Schulze is a former Editor, Managing Editor, and Co-Publisher of the Texas School Administrators’ Legal Digest.  Listed in Who’s Who in American Law, he serves on the Editorial Advisory Committee of West’s Education Law Reporter.  Mr. Schulze has written numerous articles on school district liability, student, and employment issues for the Legal Digest, the Texas Bar Journal, and West’s Education Law Reporter, including published articles on contract nonrenewals and terminations, employee First Amendment rights, the Texas Tort Claims Act, and student rights.  He has been a guest lecturer at three Texas universities and a frequent speaker at education law conferences.  Mr. Schulze ’s practice emphasizes the representation of school districts and school officials in federal and state courts of appeals.
