Jill M. Shallenberger is a 2003 graduate of Stanford University Law School.  A former textbook editor and middle school teacher, Ms. Shallenberger has worked as an attorney primarily in the field of education law.  She began by representing New Mexico school districts in private practice, and later joined the New Mexico Public Education Department as an Assistant General Counsel.  Ms. Shallenberger is licensed to practice law in New Mexico.  Her practice emphasizes research and writing in all areas of school law.
