Tony Resendez graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and from the University of Houston Law Center where he received his Doctor of Jurisprudence. Mr. Resendez is licensed to practice in the Western, Southern, Eastern, and Northern Federal District Courts of Texas, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and all State Courts in Texas. Mr. Resendez has been representing school districts since 1997 with an emphasis in employment matters and general school law issues. Mr. Resendez also has experience in the areas of corporate law, Chapter 7 bankruptcy, and general civil litigation. Mr. Resendez has been a presenter for the State Bar of Texas on the topic of Governmental Liability. Mr. Resendez works in the firm's San Antonio office.
